Pastor Phoebe Leong
In April 2002, Pastor Phoebe Leong began serving the Chinese church after graduating from the Bible College of Singapore. Pastor Phoebe, together with her cell leaders served diligently and faithfully, touching lives and bringing in new members into the family of God. Soon the ministry grew in numbers and strength. As the members grew in maturity, they developed a heart for others.
Through zeal for their neighbourhoods, many came to know the Lord. The years of prayer and hard work brought much fruit - in January 2009, Church of Praise Menglembu was established to minister to the Chinese-speaking people in the area as well as the nearby townships.
